E-commerce Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Terms and Conditions (Effective 19 February 2025)

Spais Oy (business ID 3447634-9) sells products to both businesses and private individuals. The purchaser must be of legal age or have the consent of a guardian to place an order. Product prices include VAT 25,5%. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping fees.


Placing Orders

When placing an order, the customer must provide an email address and telephone number (for order confirmation and product delivery). The purchaser is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the order and the information provided. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in effect at that time.

Order and Payment Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email, which will include:

  • The details of the order and the quantity of products
  • The total invoice amount
  • A breakdown of taxes

Payment Service Provider

Klarna Checkout

With the Klarna Checkout service, you can shop online easily, flexibly, and securely. By answering a couple of simple questions, you can quickly verify your identity within the service and choose the payment method that suits you best.

The available options include online banking and credit cards, as well as invoice and installment payments. Paytrail

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery Methods and Times

We deliver orders using both Posti and Matkahuolto services. We aim to send out orders in 2-3 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over 100€.

Posti: 1–3 business days, 4,80€
Pickup points and Shipit available at checkout.

Scandinavia
PostNord: 2–5 business days, 12,00€

Baltics
DPD: 2–4 business days, 9,50€

EU
PostNord / DPD: 3–6 business days, from 16,00€

Switzerland
UPS: 3–6 business days, 31,50€
VAT and import taxes are not included.


Exchange and Return Terms

Consumers purchasing from the e-commerce store have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. This right applies only to unused, resalable products in their original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the product until it is either returned to the seller or handed over to the shipping carrier. If the customer returns a product that is not in a resalable condition, they shall be liable for compensating the seller for the depreciation in value. If the product is completely unsellable, the compensation may correspond to the full value of the product.


Returning a Product

The return right applies only to unused, resalable products. Please note that failure to collect a product does not constitute a return.

If you wish to exchange or return a product:

  • Notify us immediately by email at spais@spaisliving.com (or via the online form), but no later than 14 days from receiving the product. Please state the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Include the order number and your contact details with the package, and ensure that the product is carefully packaged for return.
  • You are responsible for any costs incurred in connection with the return. Please retain the receipt until we confirm that the return has been received.
  • In cases of returns, any refund will be issued to the payment method used in the order. You will be notified once your return has been processed.

Problem Situations: Shipping / Defective Products

If a product is lost during transit, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, the customer must report the error within a reasonable time by email at spais@spaisliving.com. If the product delivered is defective or incomplete, the seller has the right to either correct the error or deliver a new product.

If the package is damaged during transit, a claim must be filed with the logistics partner regarding the product. The seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery or any indirect damages.
